- Rutteman Report
- A British *corporate governance report of 1994. The report’s formal title was Internal Control and Financial Reporting: Guidance for Directors of Listed Companies Registered in the UK. The Rutteman Report was prepared to give guidance on the internal control provisions of the *Cadbury Report of 1992. The Rutteman Report has been superseded by subsequent corporate governance developments in the United Kingdom, notably the *Hampel Report of 1998 and the related internal control guidance of the 1999 *Turnbull Report.
