An internal auditing specialty organization. The IAAIA is a *not-for-profit association for internal auditors in the airline industry, and its Web site describes the following as among its objectives: To "help develop and maintain standards of the practice of internal audit in the airline industry..to promote the study of and research into the internal audit management and practice in the airline industry and to organize conferences, seminars and other activities conducive to these aims." As its name suggests, the IAAIA is international in scope, and it held its first conference in London in 1991. Web site: www.iaaia.com
